An hour episode starts with a mini flashback of a press conference in 00 UC announcing the switch from CE to UC. The station then blows up and then going back to the future where an old man comments on a plan that has been set in motion after all those years. I’m sure we’ll cycle back to that eventually, but as of now it appears to be rather meaningless. Jump to a ship that is being attacked by enemy mecha suits and the first victorious mobile suit fight in Gundam Unicorn begins.

According to the official brochure, the episode 2 of Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn will be released in Autumn 2010. At this releasing pace, it will take three years to complete the six episode series. One of the graphic directors of the episode 2 complained in his twitter that "I didn't know the Autumn release, seriously! Because it's not yet..."

cool episode but the entire 6 episode series takes place over 3 years? no new episode until septemberish? That sucks. I wish i didnt find out about this until 2013 :P 6 hour and half long episodes is like 18 normal length episodes. Why so much time
