In the year AD 2314, a unknown alien race travels into the Solar System. It comes across a derelict research space station in Jupiter's orbit and assimilated the ship. It then sent the ship to Earth as a vanguard to its forces. Meanwhile, Earth and humanity remains clueless about the imminent threat.
